Items that have been used or damaged after receipt.

– Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization (RA) number.

– Safely package the item with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

– Our delivery partner will arrange a pick-up at your provided address and handle the return shipment.

4. Shipping the Return

– You are responsible for shipping the item back to our delivery partner, including any shipping fees.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once our delivery partner receives your returned item, they will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved:
